Lauren LaVon McMackin
Being born in California and raised in Minnesota instantly created a life of travel for me. With my mother’s family living in Minnesota, and my father’s family living in Oregon, I would road trip across the United States with my parents to visit family and to see where I was born. I have spent countless hours staring out the windows of vehicles watching the sunrise to sunset — highlighting what makes the world beautiful through lighting. My goal as a Multimedia Artist is to take what I have learned from looking out windows and create images and designs that feel alive.
